The Ladies Florence - elder and younger - were the mother and sister of the 2nd Baron Barnby (who once owned this farm). We've named our microgreens boxes after them - one spicy, one mild.
Our microgreens are a perfect addition to your smoothies or salads. They are many times more nutritious than the equivalent serving of their mature counterparts, rich in minerals and antioxidants.
They also make a perfectly dainty garnish for any dish.
