A traditional recipe made widely available by herbalist Rosemary Gladstar to ward off colds & flus. This warming, circulatory stimulating, antimicrobial elixir is best with a quarter cup of warm water and honey, or add to salad dressings.
Suggested use: shake well before using; add 1-2tsp. up to 4 X daily to warm water before meals or at first sign of colds/flus.
