Inner Stillness Tea

A deeply calming blend of herbs with a slightly sweet, floral aroma and flavour.  I formulated this tea for myself several years ago to ease extreme stress.  I have used and recommended it frequently ever since.

Ingredients: Skullcap (Scutellaria laterifolia), Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Lavender bud (Lavendula angustifolia), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), 

Precautions: May cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after taking this tea.  Not recommended for children under 12.

Serving size: Pour 8 oz. of boiling water over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 5 minutes.  Approximately 20 servings per 2 oz. pouch.
