Peaceful Mama Tea

A calming blend of herbs with a sweet floral, fruity flavor. This tea is non sedative and ideal when you need a restorative cup, but need to stay mentally sharp.

I formulated this one for myself to sip before stressful team meetings for my special needs kids.

Ingredients:  Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuifolium var. Rama), Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Rose (Rosa centifolia), Lemon Verbena (Aloysia citrodora)

Precautions: Holy basil should be avoided if you take blood thinners. Check with your practitioner before using if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Serving size: Pour 8 oz. of boiling water over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 5 minutes.  Approximately 20 servings per 2 oz. pouch.
